Fast vegan tapas with Oh my veggies pate with sunflower seeds

Preparation method: Preheat the oven to 160 ° C with fan. Start with the pad. Arrange the bread slices on a worktop and roll several times with a rolling pin. The goal is to make them as thin as possible. Using a sweetmeat mold, cut circles 3-4 cm in diameter. Place the bread circles between two layers of baking paper and clamp with a suitable heavy container (I used a cast iron skillet !!!). Bake for 15 minutes, until golden. After baking, rub each round with garlic. Mix the pate with the olive oil and mix until a perfectly smooth mixture. Transfer the mixture to piping bag with a star tip nozzle. Cool the bread circles completely and you are ready to assemble. Pipe with pate on each crunchy bread. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper and cherry blossom (sakura). Garnish with slices of cherry of tomato and cucumber and season the vegetables.
